Assistant Instructor

The PADI Assistant Instructor course is designed to provide qualified PADI Divemasters with additional training as intructional assistants. During this course with the Akumal Dive Shop you will learn proper presentation of academic material and confined water skills. You will have the opportunity to participate in actual scuba training classes. The PADI Assistant Instructor course is highly recommended for anyone interested in becoming a PADI instructor.

Duration: Approximately 70 hours

Water work: Confined water and open water dives

Prerequisites: PADI Divemaster
