PADI IDC Staff Instructor
Qualified instructors who attend an entire IDC can earn the IDC Staff Instructor rating. The course is conducted during a 9 day IDC. You will be part of the Instructor team that administers the training to IDC candidates. You will receive extensive training in evaluating and counseling to develop your skills to aid the candidates while you improve all of your diving skills. The proper conduct of the Assistant Instructor class will also be covered so you will be able to conduct that course as well as serve as a staff member for subsequent IDC's.
Duration: 10 days
Water work: Confined water and open water
Prerequisites: PADI MSDT Instructor (See PADI Instructors Manual)
