Hey kids! This is your chance to check out the world of scuba diving! We will set you up with the appropriate scuba diving equipment, then we will enter the calm, pool-like waters of Akumal bay, after that we will explore the Akumal Bay in shallow water less than 10 feet deep.
Swim and look at the fish and other sea life just like a regular scuba diver. This PADI non-certification course is designed to give kids a real taste of diving and is taught and supervised by a certified PADI instructor. The warm shallow waters of our bay are clear and teeming with life. This course is both fun and safe. Big kids can join in too!
Prerequisites:
- A child must be 8 years old or older.
- Comfortable in the water.
- Be in good physical health.
- Complete the Bubblemaker Statement & Medical Questionnaire (PDF). A ¨Yes¨ response on the Medical Questionnaire does not mean you are unable to dive, please contact us to receive instructions on how to proceed.
Duration: 2 hours aprox.
Water work: Guided tour of Akumal Bay 5-10 ft. maximum depth.
Course Fee: $1500.00 MXN

Class Includes: Mask, fins, snorkel, regulator, BCD, wetsuit, aluminium tank, weight belt, weights, locker rental.
